Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. The delivery executive will call you before they deliver the order to give you a time when they intend to arrive. If you are not available during that time frame, they will try to deliver it to you again. If you are still not able to receive the order after 3 tries, the order will be returned back to us. After the third try please call us within 24 hours and we will schedule a date and time to deliver that works for you better.

Kindly also note the following terms:

• Delivery charges applicable are displayed when you checked out from the online store. All orders have a shipping charge of AED15.
• Normally the order is delivered in a very less time but during the peak holiday period, special offers on peak time it will take 3-7 days. No deliveries on Sundays and national holidays.
• If you happen to stay in the far-off areas in UAE, the delivery may take 5-7 days and there might be an extra charge for the delivery. You will be informed accordingly on the charges which will be incurred at the time of checkout.
